I was super happy with the service I received from A-1. Steven was super quick to get to my house and diagnose the issues with my furnace. I was given fair estimates for parts and service and I was scheduled for installation the next business day. Shawn and the technician with him were very friendly and on time for the appointment. And now my daughters and I are warm and comfortable! 🙂 The front office staff were also very friendly and helpful!

I was very impressed with the care they took in laying down throw rugs so as to not track dirt inside.  Couldn’t believe these guys, Ryan and Kevin were both very knowledgeable, and hard workers.  They arrived around 9 am, had the old furnace out by 10 am, and immediately started on installation of the new furnace.  Their skill and knowledge were readily displayed in the process they used in their installation.  From measuring for the hood to building a box for the air intake, these guys are real pros.  Without taking any breaks, not even a lunch break these guys did such an excellent job.  Even when they were done they took the time to explain the furnace to us, the changing of the filter, etc.. I will tell you this if I owned my own company I would be proud to have these guys working for me.  I am so impressed with your company that I plan to tell all my friends and co-workers of our positive experience with A-1.

Whenever I have required your services, I have been able to contact your office and arrange to receive a phone call at my office when your repair people are within five minutes of arriving at my house.  This user friendly arrangement allows me the convenience of not missing a whole morning or afternoon of work to wait for a repair person. The installation was VERY professional.  Keep in mind that I work for a service company and I am very picky.  The crew came in, tore out the old system, installed the new system, and made it look like it had been there since day one.  When I got home that evening I expected to see the old furnace sitting in my front yard with A-1 trucks parked everywhere.  I also expected to see your employees in my laundry room scratching their heads and pondering how in the heck they were going to get the furnace installed in such a cramped area.  Much to my surprise, everyone was gone, the job was finished, and it looked and works GREAT…. just like you said it would.

Just moved here from Colorado. A-1 has solved a couple of problems with the heating and plumbing of the condo.
You will get what you pay for and A-1 is fair and they do good work! They don’t try and talk you into more expensive repairs!

Our AC Blower motor was making a horrible sound like it was off balance and of course, this happened Frida night. Called A1 Saturday morning and they came out to diagnose the issue. To our, and the Technician’s surprise a 2.5ft+ snake had crawled in and wrapped around the fan blades. The Technician removed the snake and readjusted the system and is working great now!

Needed to have the toilet unclogged on a Sunday evening. The Plumber arrived on time and was very professional. Cleared out the clog and went on to tune up the toilet. Very grateful for your quick response.

Steven was great and did a good job on the service of our furnace and discovering/correcting our issue. We will be scheduling to have them out for a maintenance check on our AC in the spring.

A1was great. I had a tech out the day after I called to do some bathroom work. The job was done right, and the bathroom was spotless when they left.

Well, I was very pleased with A-1’s service. They showed up promptly but most importantly they called me an hour before they arrived, so I had time to head home. They worked quickly and diligently. I had a problem thermostat, and I ordered a new one from Honeywell. A-1 came out within 2 hours and installed it for far less than the minimum service charge from the big guys. Make sure that it was fully working before he left.

A-1 was very quick to check out our AC that quit working. Once we determined a new unit was the direction we wanted to go, they got us taken care of really fast. Text notifications with a photo of who was going to arrive at our house were an unexpected but very nice feature. We saw four different people from the initial repair technician, to sales, to two installers, all were very polite and professional. Their work is top-notch. We had a water heater installed also while they were out knowing ours was old and likely near end-life. Highly recommend.

My A.C. unit stopped working suddenly. A1 was able to come clean and fix it within a few hours of my call. Very friendly and professional, fair prices.

First time for Ryan at our house since Vernon retired after many years as our heating and cooling serviceman. Ryan also has years of experience and was very pleasant and professional. He did some troubleshooting on the AC system that wasn’t working, and it wasn’t 20 minutes after he left that someone from A-1 called to schedule a visit to give us an estimate on repairs and/or a new system. We’ve relied on A-1 for years and have always been pleased.

Jonathan Mewhinney was the plumber that answered our call. He came in analyzed our problems and gave us a fair bid. He then told us he could do the work that day! I was thrilled. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. Where he had to perform all this work was in a nasty crawl space. He did the work professionally, far better than it was originally. Always happy and friendly. Very pleased. Easy to schedule a prompt estimate. Tony listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations. Obtained three estimates and A-1 was the best. (The savings far more than covered the $69 charge for the estimated visit.) At the installation, Tony and Austin worked efficiently to install our new water heater and three toilets. They worked cleanly and carefully cleaned up the work areas after they were done.
