The installation was VERY professional.  Keep in mind that I work for a service company and I am very picky.  The crew came in, tore out the old system, installed the new system, and made it look like it had been there since day one.  When I got home that evening I expected to see the old furnace sitting in my front yard with A-1 trucks parked everywhere.  I also expected to see your employees in my laundry room scratching their heads and pondering how in the heck they were going to get the furnace installed in such a cramped area.  Much to my surprise, everyone was gone, the job was finished, and it looked and works GREAT…. just like you said it would.
